ONLINE TEFL/TESOL COURSE

For those interested in becoming a TEFL/TESOL trainer, the MA TESOL equivalent certification program is an ideal choice. This comprehensive program provides over 500 hours of academic preparation and gives graduates the opportunity to excel as teacher educators.

Applicants must have experience teaching TANDEM courses and hold a standard TEFL/TESOL certificate.

The program includes rigorous online training covering required and optional subjects. Additionally, students complete a two-week teaching internship at one of our TEFL training centers.

During the internship, future TEFL teachers will carry out a teacher training program under the guidance of experienced trainers. Feedback and guidance is provided after each training session to help trainees achieve a high level of proficiency.

After completion, graduates can create their own TEFL course at their desired location or take advantage of employment opportunities at our center or other TEFL institutions.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The TANDEM TEFL Course Instructor Diploma is awarded upon successful completion of the full program. The program includes her five core courses, which are required for all students, and five additional courses within the student's chosen specialty (teaching or program development). Although both concentrations can be studied online, completion of a two-week training program is mandatory and must be taken on-campus at one of the TEFL training centers listed below.

All students need to take five main courses and two weeks of TEFL certification courses in one of the TEFL training sites. The other five options and specialized projects can be implemented as part of the selected concentration.

Main dish:

The main course is designed to secure a solid base and is required by all students.

Considering that most of the courses are organized on the Internet, trainees may plan their training time according to their availability.

Regular consultations with your instructor/mentor will be held to review your progress. Trainees typically complete the theoretical part over a six-month period, with two to four hours of continuous classes almost every day, with additional hours added on weekends. Our program recognizes that becoming a teacher educator requires deep expertise that cannot be acquired in a short period of time (4-6 weeks).

This course is offered at the graduate level and provides an in-depth understanding of language acquisition, human resource management in educational institutions, and the teaching methods required for universities. These courses go beyond standard TEFL certification programs and aim to provide students with the skills needed to teach English in academic institutions.

Upon successful completion, graduates will be awarded the prestigious 500-hour TEFL Teacher Trainer Certificate in recognition of their superior knowledge of English language teaching and exemplary leadership skills.
